A Caring Heart celebrated its 20th anniversary in June 2025 and created this video "Missing Pieces of Our Heart" to memorialize A Caring Heart employees and service recipients who are no longer with us.

A Caring Heart held its 2024 winter holiday party at the Duplin Events Center in Kenansville. Consumers and staff performed "How the Grinch Stole Thanksgiving." This was an original production based on the original "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."
